Minimum Wages in Andaman And Nicobar Islands have been revised with effect from 01 January 2023.
By the order of the Lieutenant Governor, A & N Islands, Additional Secretary (Labour)/Labour Commissioner issued the Official Notification dated 29 December 2022 of revised Minimum Wages in Andaman And Nicobar Islands for the period of 01 January 2023 to 30 June 2023.
According to the Official Notification, the revised Minimum Rates of Wages will be applicable across 6 Schedules of Employment covered under Minimum Wages Act, 1948 in addition to Government Department / Offices / Industrial Establishments taking into account the Average All India Consumer Price Index from the period April 2022 to September 2022.
The Latest Minimum Wages in Andaman And Nicobar Islands effective from 01 January 2023 will be as follows.

| Highly Skilled | ₹ 729.00 | ₹ 18954.00 |
Salary/Rates Calculation :
For the calculation of the Total Per Month, you have to multiply the Total Per Day by 26.
- Total Per Month = Total Per Day X 26
