The Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi has revised the Minimum Wages in Delhi with effect from 01 April 2023. Mr. S. C. Yadav, Additional Secretary cum Additional Labour Commissioner, Delhi has issued an official notification dated 20 April 2023 of increased minimum wages in Delhi.
Revised Minimum Wages in Delhi From April 2023 to September 2023
As per the notification, the revision has been made in Dearness Allowance (DA) from 01 April 2023. Average All India Consumer Price Index Number for the period from July 2022 to December 2022 is 378.576 an increase of 12.82 points. Therefore following Dearness Allowance has been declared to be payable for all categories with effect from 01 April 2023.
1. Minimum Wages for Unskilled, Semi-Skilled and Skilled Categories in All Schedules Employment
The following revised rates of minimum wages shall be applicable in respect of unskilled, semiskilled and skilled categories in all scheduled employment from 01 April 2023:

2. Minimum Wages for Clerical and Supervisory Staffs in All Schedules Employment
The following rates of minimum wages shall be applicable in respect of Clerical and Supervisory Staffs in all Scheduled employments from 01 April 2023:

Salary Calculation
For the calculation of the Per Day Salary / Daily Rates, you have to divide the Per Month by 26.
- Per Day Salary / Daily Rates = Per Month ÷ 26
