Minimum Wages in Punjab Revised March 2023 Notification PDF, Minimum Wages in Punjab Increased from March 2023 to August 2023, Revised Rate of Minimum Wages in Punjab from 01 March 2023.
Department of Labour, Govt. of Punjab has revised the Minimum Wages in Punjab with effect from 01 March 2023. An official notification dated 18 April 2023 has been issued by Labour Commissioner, Punjab regarding this.
The minimum wages have been fixed/revised on the basis of the average Consumer Price Index (CPI) Number from September 2022 to February 2023 i.e. 376.19 points.
Minimum Wages in Punjab for Shops and Establishments From 01 March 2023
The minimum rates of wages for Shops and Establishments in Punjab for Unskilled, Semi-Skilled, Skilled and Highly Skilled categories with effect from 01 March 2023 as under:

Salary Calculation
For the calculation of the Total Per Day, you have to divide the Total Per Month by 26.
- Total Per Day = Total Per Month ÷ 26
For the calculation of the Total Per Hour, you have to divide the Total Per Day by 8.
- Total Per Hour = Total Per Day ÷ 8
