Working Hours for Shops & Establishments – Tamil Nadu		Source

Interval For Rest	After 4 hours of work, the interval for the rest of at least 1 hour.
Maximum Over Time Hours	2 hours on any day and 6 hours on any week.
Spread Over Hours	12 hours in any day.
Rate of OT Wages	Twice the ordinary rate of wages.
