The Minimum Wages in Delhi have been updated by the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, effective from 01 October 2023. Mr. S. C. Yadav, the Additional Labour Commissioner of Delhi, has issued an official notification dated 23 October 2023, announcing the increase in minimum wages in Delhi.
Revised Minimum Wages in Delhi From October 2023 to March 2024
According to the notification, a revision in Dearness Allowance (DA) has been implemented starting from 01 October 2023. This change is based on the Average All India Consumer Price Index Number, which rose by 7.38 points from January 2023 to June 2023, reaching a value of 385.96. Consequently, the revised Dearness Allowance rates are applicable to all categories, commencing from 01 October 2023.
1. Minimum Wages for Unskilled, Semi-Skilled and Skilled Categories in All Schedules Employment
The updated minimum wage rates for unskilled, semiskilled, and skilled categories in all scheduled employments will be effective from 01 October 2023 as follows:

The following minimum wage rates will apply to Clerical and Supervisory Staff in all scheduled employments starting from 01 October 1, 2023:

Salary Calculation
For the calculation of the Per Day Salary / Daily Rates, you have to divide the Per Month by 26.
- Per Day Salary / Daily Rates = Per Month ÷ 26
