Haryana Minimum Wages Revised from July 2025 to December 2025

The Labour Department of Haryana has officially revised the minimum wage rates for the state, effective from 01 July 2025. This update was announced by the Labour Commissioner, Haryana, through a notification issued on 30 October 2025.

The revised wage structure applies to employees engaged in 50 Scheduled Employments and will remain valid up to 31 December 2025.

Biannual Revision Based on CPI

As per the established practice, Haryana revises its minimum wages twice every year – in January and July – based on changes in the Consumer Price Index (CPI).

At the end of December 2024, the average CPI stood at 3438.50, which increased to 3446.30 by June 2025, marking a rise of 7.80 points over six months.

According to the methodology specified under Section 5(2) of the Minimum Wages Notification dated 21 October 2015, this increase translates to a 0.23% hike in the basic wages for different categories of workers.

Revised Minimum Wages in Haryana from 01 July 2025

Based on this CPI-based adjustment, the minimum wages for workers employed in the 50 Scheduled Employments in Haryana have been revised accordingly.

These updated rates are applicable from 01 July 2025 and will continue until 31 December 2025.

Revised Minimum Wages in Haryana for Brick Kiln Industry From 01 July 2025

In accordance with the overall revision of minimum wages in the state, the Brick Kiln Industry in Haryana has also witnessed a 0.23% increase in the basic wages across all categories of workers.

Effective from 01 July 2025, the updated minimum wage rates applicable to different roles within the Brick Kiln sector are as follows:

15. Tailoring, Stitching and Embroidery Establishments
