The Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi has revised the minimum wages with effect from 01 April 2025. An official notification regarding the revised rates was issued on 15 April 2025 by Mr. K. M. Singh, Joint Labour Commissioner (HQ), Delhi.
Revised Minimum Wages in Delhi (April 2025 to September 2025)
The notification mentions that the Dearness Allowance (DA) has been revised with effect from 01 April 2025. This revision is based on the Average All India Consumer Price Index Number, which rose by 11.32 points—from July 2024 to December 2024—reaching 413.42. Consequently, the revised DA rates will be applicable to all categories from 01 April 2025 onwards.
1. Minimum Wages for Unskilled, Semi-Skilled and Skilled Categories in All Schedules Employment
The revised minimum wage rates for Unskilled, Semi-skilled, and Skilled categories across all scheduled employments will come into effect from 01 April 2025, as detailed below:

The minimum wage rates for Clerical and Supervisory Staff in all scheduled employments will be applicable from 01 April 2025, as outlined below:

Salary Calculation
To calculate the Per Day Salary or Daily Rate, divide the monthly wage by 26.
Per Day Salary / Daily Rate = Monthly Salary ÷ 26
