Revised Minimum Wages for Shops and Establishments in Chhattisgarh From 01 April 2023
The minimum wages for Shops and Establishments in Chhattisgarh have been revised with effect from 01 April 2023. An official notification dated 24 March 2023 has been issued regarding this by the Labour Department of Chhattisgarh.
According to the notification, the Variable Dearness Allowance (VDA) has been increased by ₹ 10 per day. Now the revised VDA per day is ₹ 83.08. Previously it was ₹ 73.08.
The employees who are working in 45 Scheduled Employments which come under the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 in Chhattisgarh are eligible to get this increased VDA.

For the calculation of 1-day salary (Daily Rates), you have to divide the Total Per Month by 26.

Revised Minimum Wages for Government Departments in Chhattisgarh From 01 April 2023
The minimum wages of daily wage workers and employees working in various government departments in Chhattisgarh have also been revised and effective from 01 April 2023. According to the notification dated 24 March 2023, the Variable Dearness Allowance (VDA) has been increased by ₹ 8.67 per day. Now the revised VDA is ₹ 72.00. Previously it was ₹ 63.33.
