Revised Minimum Wages in Maharashtra for Shops & Establishments
The Labour Commissioner’s Office has issued an official notification dated 06 August 2024, announcing an increase in Variable Dearness Allowance (VDA) for employees working under Shops and Establishments. The revised VDA is now set at ₹ 3,250.00 per month, up from the previous ₹ 3,068.00 per month, indicating a hike of ₹ 182.00 per month.

Salary/Rates Calculation
For the calculation of Per Day Salary (Daily Rates), you have to divide the Total Per Month by 26.
- Per Day Salary (Daily Rates) = Total Per Month ÷ 26
