The Government of Sikkim has released the official list of Public Holidays designated for Banks in the State of Sikkim for the calendar year 2024. The Chief Secretary, Government of Sikkim, issued an official notification (70/Home/2023) on 24th November 2023.

Apart from the above, Banks will remain closed for public transactions on account of Yearly Closing of Bank Accounts on 01.04.2024 (Monday) and Half Yearly Closing of Bank Accounts on 01.10.2024 (Tuesday).
The above holidays shall not apply to the Subordinate Courts in the State of Sikkim.
