The Labour Commissioner, Punjab, has released an official notification dated 24 December 2025, revising the minimum wage rates for Unskilled, Semi-Skilled, Skilled, and Highly Skilled workers employed under Shops and Establishments. The revised wage rates will remain effective from 01 September 2025 to 28 February 2026.

Salary Calculation
To calculate the Total Per Day, divide the Total Per Month by 26:
Total Per Day = Total Per Month ÷ 26
To calculate the Total Per Hour, divide the Total Per Day by 8:
Total Per Hour = Total Per Day ÷ 8
