Minimum Wages in Punjab Revised Sept 2023 Notification PDF, Minimum Wages in Punjab Increased from Sept 2023 to Feb 2024, Revised Rate of Minimum Wages in Punjab from 01 Sept 2023
The Office of the Labour Commissioner, Punjab has issued a notification on 13 October 2023, regarding the updated Minimum Wage rates in Punjab. These revised rates will come into effect from 01 September 2023. The adjustments to the minimum wages have been made based on the average Consumer Price Index (CPI) figures from March 2023 to August 2023, which amounted to 390.11 points.
Minimum Wages in Punjab for Shops and Establishments From 01 September 2023
The revised minimum wage rates for Unskilled, Semi-Skilled, Skilled, and Highly Skilled categories in Punjab’s Shops and Establishments will be applicable from 01 September 2023, as follows:

| Highly Skilled | ₹ 13445.75 | ₹ 517.14 | ₹ 64.64 |
Salary Calculation
For the calculation of the Total Per Day, you have to divide the Total Per Month by 26.
- Total Per Day = Total Per Month ÷ 26
For the calculation of the Total Per Hour, you have to divide the Total Per Day by 8.
- Total Per Hour = Total Per Day ÷ 8
