Working Hours for Shops & Establishments – Delhi		Source
Normal Working Hours	9 hours on any day and 48 hours in any week.	Section 8, 10, and 11 of “The Delhi Shops And Establishments Act, 1954”
Interval For Rest	After 5 hours of work, the interval for the rest of at least half an hour.
Maximum Over Time Hours	6 hours in any week and 150 hours in a year.
Spread over Hours	10.5 hours in any commercial establishment. 12 hours in any shop.
Rate of OT Wages	Twice the rate of his normal remuneration calculated by the hour.
