The Public Holidays List of Kerala has been announced by the Government of Kerala and will be effective from 01 January 2023.
Mr. K. R. Jyothilal, Principal Secretary, Government of Kerala issued the Gazette Notification dated 26 October 2022 vide Notice No. G. O. (P) No. 22/2022/GAD. of the declared Public Holidays for the Year 2023.
According to this, Under the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, it would be applicable to all Public Offices under the Government of Kerala.
