Leave and Working Hours Policy in Jharkhand
Previously Jharkhand was part of Bihar State. Jharkhand State was created as a separate state on 15 November 2000. The Government of Jharkhand has adopted the act “The Bihar Shops And Establishment Act, 1953” for the Company/Organization situated under its state. Later, it came to be known as “The Jharkhand Shops and Establishment Rules, 2001”.
