Setting Up Employee Details

Basic Salary: Enter the employee’s monthly basic salary amount
- Must be a positive number

- Must be before Last Working Date

- Used for pro-rata salary calculation
- Must be after Joining Date

Pro-rata Salary
Calculated based on days worked in the final month
