Delhi Minimum Wages Revised from October 2024
The Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi has revised the minimum wages, effective from 01 October 2024. Mr. S. C. Yadav, the Additional Labour Commissioner of Delhi, issued an official notification on 26 September 2024, detailing the increase in these wages.
Revised Minimum Wages in Delhi From October 2024 to March 2025
The notification states that a revision in the Dearness Allowance (DA) will take effect on 01 October 2024. This adjustment is based on the Average All India Consumer Price Index Number, which increased by 2.41 points from January 2024 to July 2024, reaching a total of 402.1. As a result, the updated Dearness Allowance rates will apply to all categories starting 01 October 2024.
1. Minimum Wages for Unskilled, Semi-Skilled and Skilled Categories in All Schedules Employment
The revised minimum wage rates for unskilled, semiskilled, and skilled categories in all scheduled employments will be effective from 01 October 2024 as follows:

2. Minimum Wages for Clerical and Supervisory Staffs in All Schedules Employment
The following minimum wage rates will apply to Clerical and Supervisory Staff in all scheduled employments starting from 01 October 2024:

Salary Calculation
For the calculation of the Per Day Salary / Daily Rates, you have to divide the Per Month by 26.
- Per Day Salary / Daily Rates = Per Month ÷ 26
