Festival at SL. No. 3, 16 & 30 of the above may be replaced in respect of the Hill District and the Manipur Bhawans, Kolkata, Delhi, and Guwahati by Holidays of local importance after taking prior approval of the Government by 31st January 2025. The above three festivals may, however, be included as Restricted Holidays in the Hill Districts and the Manipur Bhawans.
